Regularly updating your app password and card PIN helps protect your account from unauthorized access. This precaution ensures the safety of your financial information and reduces the risk of security threats.

 

We recommend updating your app password and card PIN every 3-6 months or immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Memorize your app password instead of writing it down or saving it digitally.
Never share your PIN with anyone, including friends or family members.
Keep your One-Time Code (OTP) confidential and never share it with anyone, even those claiming to represent myZoi.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account:
Immediately change your app password or card PIN.
Notify us by contacting our support center via call or WhatsApp.
Check your account for any unauthorized transactions and report them promptly.
Biometric-based login enables you to access your account using your fingerprint or facial recognition. It offers a secure and convenient alternative to using your app password.
To set up a login with fingerprint/face:
Ensure your device supports biometrics and the feature is enabled.
Log in to your account and go to the account settings.
Select the option for fingerprint/face login and follow the steps to register your fingerprint or facial recognition.
No, myZoi will never ask for your app password, card PIN, or OTP. Never share this information with anyone. If someone claiming to represent myZoi requests it, do not share and report the incident to us immediately.
